Tunes Of Jubile! Workshop

In the world we live today, the voice of the creatives seems to be the loudest. Movies, music, fashion and creative things seems to be dictating the pace for the way people live. People like Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Justin Bieber and the likes tell the world the way to dress and how to speak. In the midst of all these, what’s the role the sons of God? Some of us feel incapacitated, unable to do anything. Its in the midst of all this that this initiative to equip believers to be more effective in telling the story of Redemption and Creation and turn the world back to the Creator and Father of all life.

If you’re a creative who wants to influence the world with the power of the Kingdom of God, then this is one programme you must not miss. It’s packaged for both church-based ministries like worship teams and choirs and also for those who are simply creatives e.g drama ministers, dancers, choreographers, and gospel artistes (both established and upcoming ones).

On the panel of speakers is pastor Yomi Ajayi, who is the minister in charge of music at Christ Life Church HQ (under Bishop Francis Wale Oke). Pastor Yomi, as he’s fondly called, has a wealth of experience leading worship teams and choirs and would be empowering the worship leaders on how to cultivate a heart of worship.

One of the other speakers is Deji Irawo, who is the Chief Responsibility Officer at X2D, Xclusive 2 Divinity. X2D has a christian lifestyle program on DSTV, local Nigerian TV stations and even in Ghana. Deji Irawo will be showing us how to use media to disciple the nations for the Kingdom. Deji has worked with top christian artistes like Lara George, Kenny K’ore (of the Olori Oko fame), Olufunmi and many others.

There would be 3 sessions so if you miss one, you can attend another but I’ll advise not to miss anyone at all. Dates are Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th November, 2012. There are more details on Facebook! Click here for more details
